Each month you have a set number of dedicated hours depending on your tier. I handle tasks, projects, and requests within those hours — and because it’s a retainer rather than pay-per-task, you’re not thinking about the clock every time you send something my way. It’s consistent, reliable support that builds over time.

Hours don’t roll over month to month — but in practice, most clients find they use more than they expected once they get comfortable delegating. The first month especially tends to feel lighter as we’re getting established. By month two most people wonder how they managed without it.

Everything runs through HoneyBook — it’s our shared hub for tasks, updates, documents, and messages. It keeps everything organized and makes sure nothing gets lost in an email thread. For truly urgent matters, phone is always an option.

Once your contract is signed and your first invoice is submitted, your spot is officially secured. From there we schedule your onboarding call, get everything set up, and support begins on your agreed start date. Most clients are up and running within a week of signing.
